Each holiday season, The Center joins the National Council on Problem Gambling, the Center on Youth Gambling Problems & High-Risk Behaviors and lotteries in the United States (including the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency), Canada and internationally to bring awareness of the risks of giving minors (under 18) lottery tickets as gifts.
