Summary:
Research has shown that problem gambling is not a pure disorder. The vast majority of individuals struggling with a gambling disorder will be diagnosed with a co-occurring disorder or have a pre-existing co-occurring disorder. You will learn about the negative impact of gambling and co-occurring disorders on individuals as well as treatment approaches.

- Providing a working definition for gambling disorder and co-occurring disorder.
- Identify the impact of problem gambling among individuals with psychiatric Illnesses
- Identify treatment approaches to address gambling disorder
- Learn about screening tools for diagnosing a gambling disorder
